I have an issue where I would like to make direct links from the main menu navigation direct to a users "profile" page.

Currently i can only set this up as a menu item to the currently logged in users own profile page - not another users profile page.

I am setting up a basic site where our radio presenters profile pages will be used to showcase their information and show details - but the only way i have managed it so far is to pick up the the direct web link then do an external weblink to the page from the menu - not quite what i was after as it affects other modules.

Any ideas?

You can create a menu type "K2 user page (blog)" and then choose the user you want to have an item list.

Hi there - I have done this, but it takes the you to the users blog - to which they won't have, and you can't view their profile details as it have set up, I need a direct link to the K2 User Profile, not K2 User Profile Blog...

Any more ideas?

Simply link it to the com_users view and the K2 profile will display.

Hi Krikor - not sure how to do that - When I attempt to select the "Menu Item Type *" I only have the selectiosnas per my attached image.

The site I am modifying is www.europhealthradio.com - currently you can see they are set up as External Links - even though it's the same site...

How can I make the menu link to the com_user as you stated?
