I use a category to display items. I would like to show the differents items with 4columns. If the 4 columns appears really, the image and texte of the items are only presented on the left column.

This is a CSS issue, you probably need to add float: left to the .itemContainer class.

I'm not a CCS expert... Are you able to tell me if it's a K2, joomla or template meltas CSS and what file I have to modify?

Is it an issue between the different modules?

these values are inside the k2.css file in most of the sites. Your template probably uses overrides for the k2.css so it is most likely located inside the /templates/template_name/css/ folder.

The template developer will know however which files he used for the template.

I found it! In the k2.css of the template meltas. I just had to add the float: left and the items are now displayed on the four column.
