k2 2.6.7 j3.2 remove all formating from text item was created by YAAKOV BARNEA SHMALTZ
hello
i try to put paragraphs and simple text
its showing all the text as one block without formating
same item contents code i put in joomla article and it shows well
please advice
i would like to use k2 for the website contents

If you are using word limits then the formatting will be stripped in category listings.
If this is happening inside the items as well, check the extension's parameters.
There are settings that strip all the HTML tags. Make sure these are not enabled.

Then in the K2 Categories settings you have set a word limit.
If you use a word limit then all formatting will be stripped. If it is not stripped then it is very possible that tags might be left open which wiil result in a broken template.

i did not set any word limit
and this field is empty
the whole text is about 10 lines
each line has a
<p>
and at the end of it
</p>

found the solution in the parameters of k2
Introtext HTML cleanup (tag strip) - i set it now as no
and the text appear now well in paragraphs
the funny thing is that i entered all the content in the main editor,
there is no introtext area shown
can this be explained ?

If you do not specify an introtext then the entire fulltext will behave like introtext in item listings.
