I realized that the package translation Portuguese - Brazil (k2_pt-BR_language_pack) does not have the folders "administrator" and "site". He has only XML files. So I can not install this package.

It's some kind of problem in the package?

I just downloaded the package and it was complete (with both site and administrator folders)
