Hi There,

When we add new K2 items to our blog (set to publish immediately) it can sometimes take a few minutes up to an hour for the post to show on the website.

We empty the cache on the computer and on the website and the K2 items seem to take a long time to publish. Do you have any ideas how to make the items publish immediately?

Also we have contacted the theme developer and they assured us this was a K2 issue. We have never experienced this problem before so hope you can help.

If you have caching on, then publishing will require some time to take affect. It depends on the site's caching and your browser's caching. Maybe you could try a different caching system.

Thanks for the tip, there was a caching enabled and disable in the template settings. This seems to have worked when we turned it off.
