I use K2 v2.6.7 and Joomla 3.0 with this template: themeforest.net/item/news-magazine-joomla-responsive-templates/3354124

The issue that I have is that: when I'm inserting bulleted list in text area (in a K2 item) from administrator side

everything looks OK but from user side, bullets are missing. I tested in every browser (chrome, mozila, explorer) Why is that happening?

This is a template's styling issue and not K2's. You need to contact your template developer/provider in order to assist you with this.
