i would like to know how i can disable the back to top feature for one of my pages.

The easiest way is to hide it with css. Add this to your template's css file.

.itemBackToTop {display:none;}

that did not work. also i just want to remove it from one page. not all of them

ok got it to work originally placed it in the wrong css file. but still i just want to remove it from one of my pages not all of them.

Unless you are using a specific sub-template for this category the item belongs to, then I'm afraid you can't remove it. There is no option to Disable, you have to remove it manually from the template override of the item.php file located in your template folder.
