When a user register his profile with ' ( es: marc's)
there in a bug in the user page and user module if reloading the same page ..
The first time the name is currect : marc's , at the second refresh the username change in "marc's"
at the tird : marc's then marc's etc etc ..
how can i solve it ? pls help :)

i ve noticed now something skary.. the apostrophe is saved in the k2_users table !!! for real there isnt a controll on that ? no sql injection risk ?
some one know where can i find the registration controll file ? just to try to adjust that...

What Joomla! and K2 version do you use?

yes i ve changed a bit the registration file , just modified in a tableless layout and nothing else.
do u want to see the code ?

I have tried registering in a J!3.2.1 with K2 2.6.8 and the apostrophe in the user name was considered invalid and the registration wouldn't proceed.

How did you manage to put an apostrophe? Doesn't your form validation cut you off?

Im so sorry , there was a misunderstanding... the issue in not in the username field , but in the name field ..

The problem is in the output of that...

marc's became marc's, if u refresh the page many times...
