K2 User Profile not showing was created by Kerrie Edwards

I am having a problem with the User Profiles not showing up. The information is all filled out under My Account but when you to my Page it only shows the e-mail. I have looked everywhere I can think and can not find a solution. Please tell me someone has seen this before.

Make sure that you have enabled the K2 plugins for the Users layout from the K2 Parameters.

Hm, I'm sorry it seems that I misunderstood the plugin you were referring to. In the user's page you can show only K2 plugins. The profile plugin is a joomla plugin, not a K2 plugin.

You can use this K2 plugin getk2.org/extend/extensions/73-user-extended-fields-for-k2 which can be used to show the information in the user's page.

Downloaded and activated the plugin. Is there any settings I would need to change?

Disable the User-Profile plugin and use the latest one you have installed. Then fill in the fields in the profile page for your suer and then just visit his/her page.
Make sure that you have enabled the K2 plugins to show from K2 Global settings for the user's page or if you have a menu for that user you might need to check there as well.
