Hi ,

I have a question. My site reached 5000 articles, and I was wondering if I delete an article, cached images in …/media/k2/items and …/media/k2/src are also deleted or remain and have to be manually deleted.

Is there any way cached images by k2 to be generated not in an random name ,for example …4123338d466baff4d433cd3371ce788a_XS.jpg… and to have a more disctinct way like articles id.

Hello,

The article needs to be removed from Trashed in order for the images to be deleted from the cache folder. If you just keep it in the trash the image's won't be deleted in case you choose to restore it.
