you know how to use the K2 tools module to display the name of the category of the item or list of items in the category that I'm viewing? so how does the Breadcrumbs module, but I want only the name of the category to see where I am.

You could use the Breadcrumbs module which has the option to not show the Last item in the pathway so that you actually have the full path of categories without the last part.
