I am using k2 Component for our joomla website. But getting somewhat new error before that i never seen this type of issue. I will explain below:

When i create the blog post and publish it on frontpage till here working fine but when i click the "readmore" button for the blog post the browser scrolling the page continue not showing any comment section or whole readmore page. finally i need to close the tab. Can you tell the solution for this.

Try to disable your K2 template overrides to make sure that this issue doesn't come from there.
Is a link to your page available so we can take a look?

Where is k2 Templete so, i can disable it

Check if you have a com_k2 folder under templates/your_template/html/ and rename it

Sorry for delay because my site on localhost. Today i make it on server. Below is the given link. Now the browser tab continue scrolling but here content full display.

There is another error display "JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: home/content/43/7973643/html". What can i do for this error.

Please click Prudent Blog after click on readmore see the continue scrolling tab for error.
And backend i get the error "Your host needs to disable magic_quotes_gpc to run this version of Joomla!".

You need to contact your hosting company to set your server right. Just ask them to do what the error says. Also make sure that the files and folders have the appropriate permissions and that the owner is setup properly.

PS. I didn't see a scrolling that kept on going without content in it when I clicked on read more.
