Is there an easy way to create menu and sub menu of the category or I have to make the menu myself one at a time? I have around 20 category with about 10 sub category each.

I'm afraid you have to do it by hand.

thanks - yes I edded up creating these 200 menu items by hand ;)

Or you could have used the K2 tools module which will generate a menu like list from your categories....
