using Joomla 3.2.2 recently I cannot open nor create any categories or items anymore getting this error message: 0 JForm::getInstance could not load file...

Any idea, where this might come from and how to solve it?

What K2 version do you use?
I would recommend to update to the latest K2 2.6.8 SVN version and check again.
