in my category's i set introtext word limit on 15. I create a menuitem for one category and this setting work perfect. Then i create a menu for all category's then work not this setting.

Yes, i did a test and it worked like you said, the introtext doesn't work on multiple categories.

There is a work around - see here

Basically it's adding this line to do a manual wordlimit, in your case the limit is 15. This line should be added in category_item.php . Always do template override
