Hi Sajid,
Component / K2 / Parameters (right button) / Comments (tab) /auto publish post/comments have to be "No" so a moderation must be apply for all posts comments, let me know if this rule is what you looking for ;)

There is one another issue is "when i Enable K2 User Profile to Yes ". After registration activation link not sent into mail-id. Also No any other Form value receive into mail-id. What's wrong going on.

If i disable k2 user profile to no. It's working fine.

Thanks you. Prob. solved.
One more issue is that. I give the permission of register user to edit / add item from frontend but after login front-end only "edit item" apper not showing how to add new item from front end. Can you tell me the solution for this.

The K2 add button is used in K2 category pages and in K2 user module. So if you want the add button to be displayed in every page you need to create an instance of K2 User module.
