I am adding a check box in the commen section. I added the row in the database, as a int11 and leave it to 0, and then added the code under item_comments_form.php. So far so good.

Now I want to display the comment with that extra comment, but I don't seems to find where to add that code? Is it in item.php? or category_item.php? or somewhere else? Not sure why I can't find it ;)

Hi. Hacking core K2 files is a bad idea. In order to accomplish what you want you need to hack also the K2 SQL queries which is an even worse idea. I suggest that you hire a developer to develop a plugin than can extend K2 so it fits your needs.
