I'd like to change the title size. Is this possible? How do I do this?
I have no idea what I am doing.

Hi. This has to do with your site's template and not K2. You need to use CSS. For example the following code will set the title font size to 18 pixels:
.itemTitle {
font-size : 18px;
}
