[SOLVED] Media Attachments was created by Joseph Rebele
Folks,

I am having problems attaching media file to a K2 item. I open the item, select the media tab and then browse to a file on my PC. Once it is selected, I click on save & close. The item closes fine, but I cannot get back into it. I get a blank screen. I am using the default folders. The change root folder field is blank. I do not see the file in the media/k2/attachments folder on my server.

Where do the media files get uploaded to? How can I resolve this problem?

Thanks,
Joe

Hi,

To see whats causing this error - Try setting error reporting to "Maximum" under Joomla! configuration

A few issues that could cause this problem is;

1. Your server is not configured properly to handle mime types
2. Check the php.ini and increase the upload_max_filesize value
3. Check the php.ini and increase the max_execution_time
4. or increase the memory_limit

From the joomla components menu, goto K2 -> Information and check if there is any issues.

K2 Rocks \m/

Thanks for the response! Turns out it was the All Videos plugin that was causing the issue. I installed the latest version and the problem resolved itself.

Thanks again,
Joe
