I am very new to K2 and cannot figure out the Media section. I have added a .mp4 file but on the front end it displays as a huge black image, no video at all. I have installed Allvideo and also set the video sizes to 800 x 640 but still just a big black square.

What kind of browser are you using? The video played fine for me with Firefox.
