After upgrade K2 from 2.5.x to 2.6.7, I starting this error message each time after I add a new item. It's not causing anything, but don't know what does it mean and how to get rid of it.

Hi. Which Joomla! version are you using ? First of all update K2 to 2.6.8. Secondly if the issue persists disable the K2 finder plugin.
