Hi. Which version of K2 are you using? Also ensure that the extra fields are not hidden because of a CSS rule.

Here's my environment,

Joomla! 2.5.18
K2 2.6.8

There's no CSS overide

Problem Solved!

I do uninstall and re-install back the K2, Voila!

The basic of troubleshooting in Joomla world :P
