I am struggling without luck to do the following.

I am trying to reposition the itemTitle within the itemBody but to be located just before the itemFullText

Are you able to tell me the code for the itemTitle and where do i need to put it in order to achieve this

Hi. First take a read at getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates. After that you will be able to move the title wherever you want. The item title is generated by the following code ( assuming you are talking about item page ) :
