[SOLVED] need help with k2 error was created by Adil
hello everybody
when I updated to the last version of k2, I can't save any item or category, and when I activated my error rapport it give me this massage in k2 category or items tab:

Strict S tandards: Declaration of JParameter::loadSetupFile() should be compatible with JRegistry::loadSetupFile() in /site_path/libraries/joomla/html/parameter.php on line 512.

What PHP version is your server using and what is your "error reporting" setting in Joomla's Global Configuration?

(on joomla setting) when display_errors off I don't get any message but K2 can't save any item or category too.

Hi. First of all the error you are getting is just a notice and does not affect the item save. When you say that you cannot save any item, can you provide more information? Is the request made when you click save? Do you get a message after saving?

hey
I get the message when I open K2 category or item from the items and categories tabs and try to modify and save or when I try to create a new item or category , before I excute the save button, and when I click save or save and close, nothing happen , and no save, the only one button work is cancel or close.

I hope to solve this problem because I like to work with k2

I will try to delete the site web and create it with other template and see if I'll get the same problem and give you the result

Since the save button does not do anything, probably this is a javascript conflict. Have you any third-party K2 plugins installed ? Try to disable some of them.

Yes I did , I Installed the third part, but I deleted all the site and I install it again with a new k2 without any third part, but still the same problem. and when I install other template I don't get the same problem and k2 work.

I find the problem
just You need to change "CSS & JavaScript Settings"
from K2 Options
and the K2 will work like first
