I have a multi-page itemform on my site and have run into an issue where people are thinking the information they enter on each page is saved when they go to the next. this isn't how it's working though, and I need to find a way to make that happen. that way if they need to stop, or lose power, or any other unforeseen reason, they can come back and finish instead of having to start over from the beginning.

I only have 4 required fields in the form: 2 are on page 1 and 2 are on page 6 (the final page).

is there a way to do this?

Hello robb,

I think your problem is how to deal with the required fields that are required but you want to save the item without having the user to fill them in the first page, right?

I think this can be handled by adding default empty values form them, does it make sense?
