I am using K2 with my site. My hosting team disabled the DB as due to some huge records by jos_k2_comment issue.

Please find below response from them

Please help me to figure this out.

Hi. Do you have 2,924,535 comments in your site? Then probably you have left K2 comments public and unprotected from spam. If your site is not using comments go to K2 parameters and disable them. If your site has comments only for logged in users set the comments option to "only for registered". Finally if your site is using comments enable one of the antispam solutions in K2 parameters.
