Hi,

Im in the process of developing a page in k2 for my scuba diving website.

As it is set up right now, I have a category listing, which links to 6 other articles.

I have it set up so images from the article show in the category view, and image in the item view will not show. I set it up this way so that I can have another image show in item view (different from the one in the category view). Ive embedded the image into the item via the <img src> tag, however now that image appears in the category view underneath the first image and above the introtext/read more content...

Is there a way I can hide this <img src> image from the category view, however show it in the item view?

Here is a link to see an example of what I mean: www.4ddiving.com/our-adventures-club

Thanks

Hi. The settings you have applied take effect in the item image inserted by the image tab. Any content you insert in the editor is part of the introtext/ fulltext variables which have their own control. However in the link you provided i see that everything works fine. I see images in listings but no image inside the item.

Ah yes sorry I removed them at the end of the day yesterday, Ive added the image back into the content of an article so you can see it in action. (See Hiking & Outdoors)

Thanks for both your responses to my K2 issues.

Cheers

Since you have placed the second image in introtext, it will be visible where introtext is displayed. Some ideas:

1. Apply word limit in introtext in category view. Word limit will strip all HTML tags including the image tag.
2. Insert the image to Fulltext. Fulltext is not displayed by default in the category view.
