I have news website and publish a lot articles every day. I'm using K2 for my articles, but the cache images from K2 are too much (six for every one picture - Generic, XL, L, M, S and XS). Till now I have over 1.5 GB from those cache images. Is there any solution for this?

Hi. No there is no solution. If you don't use all sizes you can delete those you don't use manually. Note that if you do so you will not be able to use the sizes you have deleted in the future.

The deletion is not a problem, but the new items also will created 6 images for each ..

The file that is generating the thumbnails is administrator/components/com_k2/models/item.php . Look in the save function. Note that if you hack the file you will lose your changes in future updates.
