on www.undergroundnews.dk the pictures looks ugly kompressed or wrong scaled when it display the blog or actile item - like this www.undergroundnews.dk/index.php/item/27-stop-politivold but when press on I have tried to change the image size and reupload - but it still looks only.
Compression % is around 90% - any sugesstions ?

Hi. You have set up K2 to use the small image inside article. That's why the image gets blurry. Go to the category of this item and edit it's settings. Pick a bigger image to be displayed in the item view page.

Thats part of my problem as i need to know where its located - for the article.
Being new to K2 its not easy to know were its located in what view... and the process
of the generated pictures but i belive they are generated in the upload process
depening on the "size" assigned and that a new upload is needed to see a change
in the article also ?

I will se if I can locate the place in k2 ;-)

The images are indeed generated when uploading. K2 generates 5 sizes for each image. These sizes can be defined in K2 parameters. Then in the category edit page you just select the desired image size you want to display in listings and in item view.

My problem is I can find the select the desired image size - i tried setting them all to large
and and upload the picture again - is there a way to check what size is used also I think
my hosting do have a proxy cache buffer so this may also give me some problems when
i change a article/blog picture.

You can say about the size by looking at the image URL. The image filename has a suffix with the size. Regarding caching K2 has an option to overcome this. It is named "Force 'item modified date' as URL timestamp on image paths" and can be found at K2 parameters.
