I am using Joomla and recently installed K2 (latest version)

And like in instructions i created category, then item and then menu linking to that item, but it gives me 404 Not Found message. But interesting things that if i have 5 menu item to different articles will work only one that setup as home page. And also word "banners" ads to url.

I tried to rename htaccess to .htaccess, i removed redirecting urls, i did switch to friendly url and also hit "yes" on url rewrite.

Hi. Ensure that the category and the item are published. Also if you rename htaccess you must be under Apache web server.

Checked that (they all published)

Ensure that the menu link is also published. Finally check the start and finish publishing dates of the item.
