Hello,
I need to allow more than one person to see/edit/update items in a particular category on the frontend, but I cannot seem to be able to share the articles. In my case, we have two editors that need to maintain the articles for event pages.
When an article is created, only the author sees the article from the "My Page" link and only the author see's the Edit button on the page with the item.
I have created a group with: EventsEditors with everything allowed and the category set to EventItems.
Post comments Yes
Front-end item editing Yes
Add items Yes
Edit own items Yes
Edit any item Yes
Publish items Yes
Allow editing of already published items Yes
Filter: Select from list
Categories: EventItems
How do I achieve this?
