Just installed K2 v2.6.8 on my Joomla 3.2.3 site.

I logged into the site and there was not edit or add item button.
I checked groups. There was no group so I created one. Named it k2
I checked parameters and made sure front-end editing is on for all users.
template is default.
I did install a Jomsocial -k2 integration.

Still no add item or edit button.

What do I do?


P.S: i opened up the item.php file on models subfolder and it does not have the word edit in it.

Ok the problem is fixed by making edit possible in the permissions segment in parameters.
I didn't see that one. It wasn't a factor with Joomla 1.5.
