I have the same problem as mentioned in this post .

I would like to sort the list of K2 users by their last name and not by their first name. By choosing Alphabetical sorting in the preference of the K2 users module it automatically sort by first name.

I tried both solution (modifying the file modules/mod_k2_users/helper.php) but the module don't seems affected by the changes.

If you found any solution that would be great.

Hi. This cannot be done. There is no first name and last name in Joomla! users. There is just "Name" and sorting is made on this.
