I try to set the grid design blocks and not reflected in the front.

Another problem is that the list of items in the categories does not show the images. and believe me I have tried all settings.

The things you need to check are:

1. The settings are saved. Try to save them again.
2. There are no modified files of K2 in /components/com_k2/templates/default .
