Hello everyone,

I tried to do Ordering in one of my categories and it does not display correctly on my front-end view. Please see screenshot below.

And in my front end, ordering comes lke this.. CELL 1, CELL4, MM11 and so on..

In short, it does not work on multiple categories. I have set category view options in all categories and sub-categories ordering to 'Ordering'.

Is there like an update that needs to patch on this?
Is this a K2 bug? or the plugin itself?

Hi. If you have created a menu link to multiple categories then the ordering must be set at the menu link settings.

Yes I have and is set to Ordering already.. Still not working.. I think this has some conflict on K2 Additional Categories plugin?

Try to:

1. Update K2 to it's latest version.
2. Update additional categories plugin to it's latest version.
3. Check if it works. If not try to disable the plugin and see if it works. If it does work without the plugin then probably it's an issue of the plugin so you will have to ask it's developers for help.
