override was created by Grethe Lambrecht
surfing around today to find documentation of K2 - I saw that I should use item.php in order to override items, articles etc.
Is that correct - or have I misunderstood something. :S I've just used custom.css as I normally do - and it seems to Work
thanks
br Grethe

Hi. This depends on your needs. If your needs are covered by just adding some CSS rules then you don't need to have overrides. If you need to change the HTML markup that K2 is using then you need to create overrides. Information regarding overrides can be found at getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates.
