hi all, as the title says. after updating 2.6.7 to 2.6.8 and joomla 3.2.1 to 3.2.3 i noticed that when creating a new article the "Creation date" field does not show the time after the date.
the worst is that the article is always saved as :
ex. Creation date : 2014-04-16 00:00:00

if i edit the article and manually add the time, then it saves it ok with time added

if i reopen the article the Creation date is empty again and after saving it, it returns to 00:00:00

on the other hand "Modified date" is always correct (with time and everything)

could this be a bug of 2.6.8 ?
any suggestions?
