For my website, I need to provide facility of managing comments and almost everything to registered user by front end.
I succeeded Adding new Blogs, Editing the blogs.

but it seems that the comment section is accessible to superadmin only.
which needs to be for registered user in my case.

How i'll be able to do that ??

Hi. You can't do that. In the front-end only super users can edit all comments. Rest users can only edit comments of the items they have created.
