When I turn on joomla search engine friendly urls in the joomla global configuration I get a 404 error when I try to view my profile page from the k2 user module. When I turn it off It wrecks my urls from an seo standpoint. Is their anyway to fix this without disabling search engine friendly urls.

Hi. Are you using any custom SEF extension? The link works fine for me, just tested.

Im not using a custom sef extensions. Also their is no way you could have checked it. I checked my backend and no new accounts have been created. The link im having trouble with is the one that sais my page on the k2 user module after logging in.

When i say that i tested, i mean that i tested in a development environment not on your site. I don't even know the URL of your site... So the module works fine for me. What's the link that is not working?

This looks like an item page not an author page. Do you have a user with ID 222 in your site? Check that you have not changed the code of the module. Check for any module overrides and disable them.

It looks like an item page because in the sef setting i changed all the prefixes to content to remove duplicate urls.
I tried another link to my profile: bypassgames.com/index.php/games-all/itemlist/user/222-executor that i found by using a site search which works. I found this one with google an it also works: bypassgames.com/index.php/games-all/shooting/itemlist/user/222-executor?start=20

You cannot have the same prefixes for all type of links. That's why it is not working. How is it going to understand what to look for since all the prefixes are the same?
