I am trying to figure out how I can either make or use an existing module to allow users to type in a tag and return all articles with that tag in a specific category. It has to be a module because I want several of them on the same page to simulate a dashboard. Also I would love for it to have a ajax like search, but that might not be required. Any ideas?

Hi. I am not aware of such a module. Have you searched at getk2.org/extend ? The only way you can restrict tag listings to a specific category is to use a menu link to a tag.

Yeah I searched the extension listings and couldn't find anything. Well it looks like I will be building a module for the first time YAY!
