K2 ISSUES WITH JOOMLA 3.3 was created by Cheyne Marley
I am new to K2 but it looks so full of promise however when I installed 2,6,8 on my Joomla 3.3 site intially every tie went to save an imported article 'Item' was left with white screen, now I end up with
Table 'villaho1_mpvr.v2ud6_finder_types' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `id` FROM `v2ud6_finder_types` WHERE `title` = 'Tag'

Have checked the community page and cant find a fix, please can any one out there help, otherwise will have to dump K2 which I really don't want to do.

Hi. This looks like an issue of the smart search plugin. If you updated Joomla! from a previous version then probably your database schema is not up to date. You can go to "Extensions" -> "Extension Manager" -> "Database" and check for issues. Alternatively, if you don't need the smart search functionality just disable the plugin named "Smart Search - K2" .

The save button wasn't working for me so I decided to reinstall K2 (after a full site backup of course) using the install from web function and now it works fine!
