yes, I can not find the area to move my articles and categories from the joomla area to the K-2 area. most of your videos are somewhat dated using older versions.Appreciate help on this
ps-Joomla is 3.2 and K-2 is latest, just installed a few days ago

Hi. Go to administration page of K2 items and click the "Import Joomla! content" button.
