Hi, i want to change the red featured ribbon in the k2 item to green, how would i go about doing this?

Hi. You need to be able to write CSS to do this. If you are able to, then read at getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates how you can customize CSS and HTML markup of K2.
