ie:

instead I get
bjjlegends.com/bjj/reviews/tournament/13-interview/1244-matt-arroyo-focus-on-the-basics

I indeed have a menu reviews | tournament and several other menus for that matter but they have no relation to this post.

I would like to remove from the URL "reviews/tournament/13-"

Hi. This has to do with your menu setup. K2 will try to find a menu link for the category of the item. Advanced SEF options of K2 are only used when no menu link is found. In your case, since you want menu links like bjjlegends.com/bjj/interviews/1244-matt-...-focus-on-the-basics you need to create a menu link to the category interviews.
