Yes I know taht is simple but I can't do it.
For example the title appears "Image gallery" and all the gallery, but I wanna change this title (not the title for the images, just the principal gallery.

Hi. This is a standard Joomla! language variable. If you are using Joomla! 2.5 or later you can go to "Extensions" -> "Language Manager" -> "Overrides" and translate it as you wish.

Hi, the real problem is that I wanna hide this title, not change the language.

You can hide it with CSS. Alternatively you can create a template override for K2 and remove it from there. To learn more regarding K2 templates you can read getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates .
