is it possible to switch the Toolbar esp. the Printlink / Button to the Bottom Position?!

Hi. Yes, since you are using K2 to display that page, you need to edit the template override of this page and just move the code that generates the print link to the bottom. If you are not using an override then you need to create it. Take a read at getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates to get familiar with K2 templates.
