after a user voted on the stars in the page, the page get this "5.0 out of 5 based on 1 vote"

is it possible to turn this sentence it off ? or if not than were can i translate this sentence ?

Hi. You cannot hide this sentence only. You can hide the whole element using CSS but doing so will also hide the loader image and the "Thank you" message. To translate this variable you can go to "Extensions" -> "Language Manager" -> "Overrides" in Joomla! administration.
