I Have recently installed direct alias onto my Joomla 2.5.8 website and after attempting to enable it I ran into a couple of issues, whenever I enabled the plugin the whole website would crash, I am wondering if there could possibly be a conflict with the plugin and the K2 content I have that makes up the website. I am also wondering if anybody knows any plugins that could help me shorten the length of the website URL.
e.g. from
(
www.websitename.co.uk/information/f-a-q.html)
to
(
www.websitename.co.uk/f-a-q.html)
without having to take the pages out of the menu as I would prefer them to be there. if anyone else is having this problem or knows of any fix for this please let me know :)
