Is there any way to create another image banner header at top article before the title, purpose for special occasions like special events
i search joomla and i found a module "flex header" that let you make banners header by items ID's

You can use an extrafield, or you can publish a module and use an extension like Modules Anywhere to display the module in specific K2 items.
