Is there a plug-in or other way to export K2 content to a csv that can be imported into another K2 joomla site?

Hi. I am not aware of such a tool, but you can always do this directly from the database using a tool like phpMyAdmin.

You can find phpMyAdmin documentation at www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/docs.php . Note that this is a database tool, it has nothing to do with Joomla! and K2. If you need a Joomla!/K2 specific solution search the web for an export/import extension for K2.
